Paperboy Movie

The Paperboy is an upcoming drama movie adapted from the 1995 novel of the same name written by Pete Dexter. The film is directed by Lee Daniels and is starring Zac Efron, Matthew McConaughey, Nicole Kidman, John Cusack and David Oyelowo. There is no official release date yet, but the film will premiere at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival.

Plot:
"Convicted murderer Hillary Van Wetter (John Cusack) is adopted as a cause by seductive death row groupie, Charlotte Bless (Nicole Kidman). Bless enlists the help of Ward James (Matthew McConaughey)and Yardley Acheman (David Oyelowo), two investigative reporters who become convinced that they have a Pulitzer Prize winning story on their hands. But wires become crossed when Ward's wayward brother (Zac Efron) gets involved, corners are cut and the case to prove Van Wetter's innocence becomes dangerously compromised."

The film can boast an impressive cast and the plot sounds interesting. Let's this obvious potential will be confirmed. Impatient to see the trailer.
